To help nonprofits realize holistic benefits of social enterprise, Virtue Ventures supports deliberate and targeted organizational strengthening efforts.

  • Performance Management -
    Virtue Ventures works with nonprofit clients to identify, capture and measure performance across the organization: particularly internal impacts of a social enterprise effects within an organization. Relational comparisons can be external-given industry or internal (most important) organizational baseline. Software will integrate planning with management tools-i.e. accounting and social enterprise business plan/operational plans.
  • Systems Design -
    to support organizational development efforts and social enterprise success, Virtue Ventures designs systems within the parent organization, the business as well as those that integrate the two. Our systems focus on improving financial management, operational efficiency and marketing, such as process engineering, knowledge management, service delivery; cost and activity based accounting, client/customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Organizational Development -
    Virtue Ventures uses social enterprise as a framework for helping nonprofits strengthen their social programming, financial management, operational efficiencies, human resource deployment and leadership, and organizational culture. We use hybrid--blended social business resources and approaches--to support organizational development efforts across the organization and social enterprise.
  • Strategic Planning -
    as part of our integrated approach, we provide strategic plan development and implementation support to the social enterprise as well as to organization as a whole. Strategic planning includes: aligning the mission of the social enterprise to that of the parent organization; crafting a strategy to accomplish mission and organizational strengthening; tying strategy to management and tactics in order to measure results.
